Nice sketchbook!
This sketchbook has the pages glued down, which is awesome for lessening page warping. The paper is also a nice thickness.I used Niji gouache and acrylic markers to test the paper! Overall, I like the sketchbook.

Nice for practice and play.
Very pretty book, the pages do still warp a little even though they’re bound all around. I do like this for practice and play with not only gouache but also mixed media. The page texture is similar to hot press paper and lends itself to finer details.

Nice block for gouache
Nice, smooth paper block for gouache. Not the same as watercolor paper but works well for gouache.

Pages all stuck together
I was looking forward to this pad - I just got the HIMI gouache set and I love how it'd looked on other paper, but was having issues with curling so I was excited to move to this pad. However, the pages are all stuck together and are tearing. I'm wondering it it got too hot/cold and fused together. I returned the first pad and ordered another, but I'm having the same problem. By design, I know that the pages need to be opened with a palette knife, but even after i do this there is no clean separation, and the pages keep tearing off a portion of the next.

Unsatisfied
Before you buy, just know that the edges of the pages are stuck together. You have to be very careful to separate the pages or else you’ll rip them.
