Now this product tastes bitter, but I will bel buying again. It’s soft and grainy…but doable.

Product arrived with the seal broken (was caught in the threads of the cap when first opened), but maybe I'll try it anyway. Haven't tried it yet, but wanted to make it clear, that at a typical 20mg serving size, this bottle is 1250 servings.....just wanted to make that part clear, lol. Cycle off periodically - do your homework.

I have noticed significant cognitive benefits in using this. The only down side is that I wish the bottle was more air tight as we live in a humid area and it has gotten clumpy as a result.
