Ho ordinato il prodotto, ma dato il prezzo (sottocosto?) il venditore realizza una spedizione fittizia (intanto l'importo mi viene scalato dalla carta di credito..) Il giorno della consegna mail dal venditore (spiacenti il pacco è stato smarrito ;) ) e non abbiamo disponibilità in magazzino. Alla fine - sono stato diversi giorni con la carta senza disponibilità (ho fatto un prestito involontario) - il venditore presenta ancora il prodotto allo stesso prezzo - Nel frattempo ho speso soldi in un service di stampa, ho perso tempo, fra mail, telefono e altro. Tante scuse e arrivederci.... poco professionali (E pensare che credevo che una volta pagato un prodotto si avesse il diritto di averlo... ma a quanto pare non è così) Spiacenti ma Amazon questa volta mi ha deluso... un contratto di vendita in e-commerce tutela assai poco il cliente. Il prezzo indicato da chi vende, a quanto pare non è assolutamente vincolante.
