I have struggled with phlegm for many years. I have tried all kinds of things to get rid of it, and this seems to actually work. It doesn’t take the problem away completely, but it really helps. And because I am weak and can’t cough well, I often feel like I’m choking when I have phlegm. these drops help me to feel less afraid of choking, and that is worth quite a bit for me.I also drink the tea, and sometimes I put the drops in the tea if I’m really struggling. I can also put the drops in soda or water or whatever I’m drinking, as well as taking them on their own. I feel that it's an amazing value for its current price point in relation to it's volume. Like I said, I believe that it's a great supplement in my current respiratory health. I'm able to breath deeper and feel like I'm making great strides in both my general health and training regimen thanks to it. I find the brown color of the liquid and to green color of the labels to be pleasing to the eye. In my experience, there is no off-putting smell too! The speed of which it was shipped is also a plus! It came faster than I thought it would.

I can feel it loosing up mucus in my lungs and I only do it once a day but I think it makes me feel sick do to stage 2 kidney disease
