Waste of money
The ab board is just foam with a tiny piece firm board in the centre. The boards are not sturdy and not useful for surgery. The back board is okay as well as the side boards.

Very nice
Product as described. The side foams are very firm but didn’t leave as much of a “footprint” like lipo foams do. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the actual hard board itself is so small. The foam around it covered my whole belly, but the hard piece left me with a weird circle indent
