Hey,team of matrix watch,this watch is overall good in performence i used it 2 months but i was tieing the watch one day and the hook side got teared because it's not that much durable and even though i purchased the warranty before purchasing the watch and this happens so please fix this issue please.

I purchased the Matrix Antiqueue 2.0 watch on January 3, 2025. It worked well for the first month, but after that, it started stopping every 3 hours due to battery issues. While the design and overall appearance of the watch are great, the battery performance is disappointing. I expected better reliability for long-term use.
