Rigid and easy clean.Makes moving cakes so easy.
This stainless steel cake lifter is perfectly flat, thin so it will easily slide under your cake and is rigid and does not bend at all even when lifting a heavy fruit cake. It is easily cleaned being stainless steel and you also get a pallette knife to.It makes it so much easier when moving your cake especially when you have spent hours decorating it. It was so easy to move mine from decorating table to display stand, I am a very pleased baker. My daughter loves it to so I may need to buy another one.
