Well, this was a first. I picked the package up and immediately opened it up and transferred my phone to the new case. Initially, I thought it looks good. But the side buttons wouldn't work. Then the screen went blank. When it came back on after few seconds, it was a screen that said downloading and everything was in Korean (I think). Then my phone rebooted. I took the phone out of the case, rebooted it again myself. When it came back on, I put it back in the case. Again, the side buttons wouldn't work, and it rebooted again on its own. When it came back up, side buttons still wouldn't work and neither would touching the surface. I couldn't scroll up, down, side to side, or open apps. I immediately went into the Amazon app to set up a return. I drove to the nearest UPS Store and it's already on its way back. I admit I messed and didn't look at reviews before ordering like I normally do. I was instantly taken by its cool look. So anyway, I cannot recommend this to anyone. To bad there isn't a zero stars option. Learned a lesson!

Concept is great, but the finger print reader is absolutely required as face recognition is not as reliable.

At first glance, I liked that the frame is a metal frame and that the screen seems to be tempered glass. I bought 2 of these, one with a privacy screen and the regular screen. I bought one at 13.99 the other on sale for 3.99. My fingerprint won't register even after redoing my fingerprints and having settings set on sensitive. Texting is hard as well, as well as scrolling. It seems to not catch on. The top portion of the case (screen) seems to come off easily, I haven't dropped it yet to see if it will hold or not but it comes off easily when I take it off. This whole thing took me longer to write due to me having to go back and correct my words because some of the letters are not "catching" as I'm typing. Would not recommend.

So at first was very pleased. Drop charge works great! Slick case felt durable and the privacy screen is okay. My biggest problem with this phone is the thumb print does not register at all. I tried to add a new thumb print with the case on and it won't load all the way says my thumb is not pushed down enough and it is so there is a huge discount there when a lot of people now a days use a thumb print to unlock a phone or for passwords.**IF HAVING THE THUMB PRINT OPTION IS A MUST DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CASE UNTIL THE COMPANY FIXES THE SCREEN**

As far as this case goes, there are some pros and cons for it.Pros: It has a very small profile and is a good looking case.It's easy to take on and off of your phone.Cons: It has a very small profile. I didn't feel comfortable that it would protect my S22 Ultra.The finger print reader did not recognize my print after inside the case, even after redoing them in the case.It goes on and off of your phone easily. As in a fall from the couch to the carpet dislodged the case from my phone.I also had issued with my touch screen not working along the edges.In the end this case just had too many cons and they overwhelmed the pros for me. I don't want to sacrifice operation and features added to the fact that the case does not appear as of it would protect my phone or possibly even stay on my phone during a fall.

It's amazing, but I can't get good service with it on.

I really wanted to like this case: It feels nice and luxurious & love the color, but that's all I can say about it that's good. After 2 days, here's all the issues I found and HATE:•Front camera cut-out is off center•The glass is foggy and too reflective•Phone signal strength is majorly reduced (and immediately fixed when case is removed)• Dust and water get under the screen protector constantly•The gap between the screen and the protector is so large it made my screen less responsive, all 4 of the edges need to be pressed HARD to MAYBE register a touch•The gap between glass and screen also renders the fingerprint reader UNUSABLE; manufacturer says you have to rescan after applying case, but my phone wouldn't even register I was using the fingerprint reader when trying to rescan.Rating: —9/10, does nothing as advertised and removes most touchscreen functionality.

This case looks nice and the magnetic clips seem to hold it together fairly well. It's a snug fit on the phone. However, there are some big problems I have with it.The opening at the bottom, where the pen goes, is deep and narrow (it's not always a good thing for a hole to match that description). This makes it almost impossible for my sausage fingers to be able to access the pen.The screen protector does an equally good job of protecting the screen from scratches AND your finger print. The scanner just would not work at all with this case on. I even reset the finger print scanner and it still would NOT read my finger print through the protector.The touch screen was sluggish at best in most areas with the protector on as well.Some might be ok with it despite these short comings but sadly this is enough for me to trash it and try a different one.
