It’s good and stuff
Built really well ergonomic. Not heavy and not cheap lite. Travel size easy to do a good job. Battery is long lasting. I use it all over my body all over and then my face and ears and then to finish, I do my nose hairs. I get frequent good comments about the tightness of my Brazilian. Great item.

Great razor.
Product works perfectly. Closest shave from an electric razor i've ever had. Sleek in design, arrived quickly. Charges very quickly and lasts through multiple complete shaves before needing to be charged again. Comes with two attachments, one for stubble and one for close shave which is nice. Incredibly easy to use.

Functionally Deficient
Tldr: The guards are poorly designed, and likely not going to last long at all. Doesnt work well on thicker or thinner body hair, not special, not worth it.I bought this after reading positive reviews and just about every social media person sponsoring it, just looking for a trimmer that worked. The price seemed ok, but I was let down very quickly when using the trimmer.Beard Trimming: I've got fairly coarse beard hair that is not curly, this trimmer snagged hairs repeatedly with and without the guard on, like my facial hair was too thick for the blades or the trimming mechanism was too weak, and I made sure to fully charge it before each attempt. The guards just push hair out of the way instead of feeding it into the trimmer, and the trimming length "adjustment" is just some ridges that loosely hold the guards at fixed positions via friction, and can be accidentally pushed back if you arent careful. The plastic deformation on the guards from pushing them onto the trimmer and removing them each time you need to switch lengths is gonna wear them out soo quickly that they will be rendered useless after a few changes, not a good engineering decision. After trying about 4-5 times i went back to my old one-blade trimmer.Body hair: I've got finer/thinner semi-wavy body/pitt hair, the guards let maybe 2% of the hairs reach the blades and just push the rest of the hairs out of the way. I tried every different direction, multiple passes, pre and post showering (dry vs damp hair, no deodorant or anything to clog the blades)The hairs that did make it to the blades did not get snagged like my beard hairs tho, so ill give it that.Overall Quality and Presentation: in the hand the trimmer feels nice, and i liked that it had wireless charging and usb-c, the storage case kinda felt like it was for a different trimmer, none of the guards really fit in the pockets like they belonged there. The packaging was nice, this trimmer is basically all show and very little go.Basically you need the goldylocks hair type/length for this trimmer to work for you, and even then there are some poor design choices being made, and it will still likely snag and rip out your hair. I would not recommend this trimmer to anyone i valued my relationship with.P.s. apologies for TMI with the hair types but it was necessary for a thorough review.

This one is just better than the others.
Great product. I've tried similar products that were less expensive, but one Knick is all it took to realize that I appreciate the capabilities of the Manscaped more so than I realized.

Hopefully better than the cheaper ones they sell
Im rating this at a 4 star because the cheaper versions they offer are junk. I am hoping this one isnt. One improvement I see right off the bat is the whole plastic assembly that holds the cutter is replaceable. On the cheap version its not replaceable and the plastic constantly breaks. The part that drives the cutter is a different design also and made out of metal. I look for this to last more than the 6 months the cheaper versions (I had 2 of them) lasted. Just in case I purchased the 2 year warranty which I recommend you do. For right now it operates great and I really like the fact that it doesnt have the other cutter on the other end which you constantly hit that button to activate it when you were in mid shave. I dont use this like they intend and actually shave my face with it which I have a tendency to not shave regular and I can shave with no problem as it gets the long hairs that become short hairs and the short trimmer gives you a good shave on one pass. I suggest you get two of them if you use them as intended and by all means mark them!!!

Excellent shave and amazing quality materials.
Cleaned exactly as described. Improvements over the generations has made somewhat of a difference but it is still the same robust lawnmower that they first came out with.

Manscaped lawnmower 5.0 isn’t too bad!
Products amazing, super safe and easy to use in the shower. It holds up well so far with water and seems to be pretty safe when cutting around the danger zone.I will say don’t try to use the down to skin router, Whatever it’s called, for your private area. Especially if sensitive to razor bumps. You can get pretty low with the clipper. Just my experience but otherwise does exactly what it intends too. Has made my experience grooming much less anxious

Not impressed.
Not very impressed. It does not work well. I don't know if the blade is dull or what, but it tugs the hell out of my face. I previously had the Lawn Mower 3.0 and loved it. I accidentally threw it away and had to get a new one. I thought the 5.0 would be better, but it is not. When I get the money, I will buy another 3.0. The foil blade on the 5.0 works better, but still tugs on my facial hair and that does not feel too good. Manscaped may need to go back to the drawing board on the 5.0. The shaving on the 3.0 was super smooth with no tugging until it got old.
