With instant data at my fingertips, I can make necessary adjustments to my swing and work on correcting any inconsistencies. It's like having a personal golf coach by my side, guiding me through every shot.Additionally, these sensors help me track my progress over time. I can review my previous rounds and compare my performance to see how I've been improving. Huge help on my ailing golf game
Use has been so simple. Screwed Arccos sensors in end of clubs, and tell the app which club it is as you initially set up. Keeps track of all shots on course while playing, all silently in the background on my phone. But the key for me: it acts as a caddie, and suggest the shot/club. All holes on course were up to date, but the app gives you the ability to move the hole as greens keepers often do. Arccos has taken the guesswork out of my game, both on the suggested side, but also on the review of my game, shown me what clubs I just plain should give up or drastically improve. I am not a competitive golfer, seldom do I even wager for fun, I am a recreational golfer at best. However, the coaching from the Arccos system has allowed me to improve my game and confidence. Really I'm just trying to keep up n the course, and not embarrass myself, and I would suggest it for even people like me. Arccos certainly wows other people when they see it in my game. "Beats the pants off this dumb rangefinder I use" was the quote from my last foursome partner. Windspeed, temperature, altitude, humidity..Arccos considers all that in real-time, in addition to by below novice play history. After I got a few rounds under my belt, the Arccos App started spitting out more info, and considered my past play. just remarkable for this guy, and a fun ice-breaker brag device on the course or 19th hole.

Love arccos, the screw in sensors are good but have to keep an eye on them
First up, I really love the arccos system. It makes keeping track of rounds pretty easy. I do recommend checking things after each hole just because it does occasionally miss a shot or read an extra one but it’s easy to edit and the value you get from the information is amazing when it comes to improving your game. It makes it easy to see you scores and where you things went wrong in a round. The strokes gained analysis is great for putting things in perspective too. If you are using your phone I recommend putting the phone microphone up in the pocket of your lead side. This really improves accuracy, I have effectively no misses now that I’ve started doing that. The downside of the screw in sensors in particular is they down have a tendency to get unscrewed/pulled out as you put clubs in and out of your bag. This is less of a problem on some grips, it’s a huge problem on the jumbo max ultralights to the point where I’ve thinking I’ll have to epoxy them on or something. If you use grips where you can use the embedded sensors I recommend doing that instead. Arccos sells their own and jumbomax make grips that can have them installed. They’re much more secure and you don’t have they extra nub on all your clubs. Only downside is obviously you can’t swap them easily like you can with the screw on ones and new clubs have to always be regripped or you can use a screw on one.

Good idea but have to pay for app to use which is same price as the sensors
I like the idea to put IOT sensors but having to pay for the app after 1 year for same price of sensors seem too steep. I tried to cancel but it was after the amazons return period as I just opened the box as it was bday gift. I would read the agreement on the App as without the app, the sensors are useless.

Expected Better
The sensors are a great way to track information about your clubs but don’t rely on them to keep an accurate score. I’ve played 3 times with them now and every nine holes you’re having to add 2 to 3 strokes that it didn’t account for. Don’t expect to not have to use a scorecard and pencil. Otherwise you’re going to think you did better than you actually did.

Buona qualità e precisione
Molto sensibili, app con molte funzione, richiede un certo studio. Peccato abbonamento annuale

Sensors keep failing; no free replacement; frustrated by app; expensive subscription
Let's start with the positives: the installation was very easy and trouble-free. The app has some nice features: the geo view is great, adding a missed shot is fairly easy (but see notes below), and keeping track of your actual distances with your clubs is very valuable. This also translates into the feature where it recommends a club based on your distance to your next target. The first 10+ rounds went pretty well. A couple of times, the app missed a few shorts during the round but I chalked it up to noise interference. After making sure my phone was upside-down in my pocket (so the mic is towards the opening), it seemed to worked better. But, during the first season, I had 2 sensors fail to work. Since I wasn't using a couple of clubs that often, I just switched sensors. The next season, 3 more and then another 3 the following season. There's no free replacement on the sensors so I'm not interested in spending almost 50% of initial cost just in the first 3 years.Over time, the app was getting more and more frustrating to use. Sometimes the app missed the fact that I was on a new tee and halfway down the fairway, I realized it was still adding shots to my previous hole. So, then I'm spending minutes correcting shots (and getting the evil eye from my wife 'cause I'm holding things up). Correcting which holes a shot was taken from is VERY frustrating. Because it won't show you unlimited map space on a hole, if the shot is showing up on the next hole, you get to it to correct it. Maybe that's fixed in a new release. I ended up having to check every single shot from the app to make sure it is working.I stopped using it and took all the sensors off half-way through the 3rd season... I was just getting so frustrated spending so much time correcting the shots on the app and also losing a few sensors every year. I wouldn't have minded except you have to pay $110+ every year for the subscription. If each sensor is about $20 (if I remember correctly), I'm almost spending the purchase price every year (~$180) for sensors and subscription. That's not a good, long-term investment in equipment.

Arccos Caddie
Pairing the sensors with the app proved a bit hit and miss some paired immediately others not, got there eventually but it took a few frustrating attempts.Early days with the app on the course but it seems ok, missed a couple of strokes but that could be down to me. Stats appear OK but obviously after only a couple of rounds there is not much info for it to go on. On course yardages pretty accurate.Seems promising enough to keep using.

Love it!
Only used twice so far and already giving me great insights. Tracking shots and score perfectly so far. The stats on the app and, even better, on the website, particularly for driving and approach shots are very helpful. Plus it’s a fun toy to geek out with. Highly recommended!

Just buy it! You will love it.
Just played my first round with this and I was shocked how unobtrusive it is to use. Only shots I had to add were a couple duffs. I also have an Apple Watch which really adds to the ease of use. One small thing I noticed is putt counts definitely need to be watched for accuracy, I had a couple times were it registered a shot when I used my putter to pick the ball up. I almost found it bizarre to not be counting score but at the same time it puts it out of mind and just enjoyed the round. The stat tracking is very impressive even after just one round. Really looking forward to the full experience when the caddy function kicks in after a couple rounds. I was a little concerned with having to have my phone in my pocket but I really didn’t notice it at all, also from what I understand I won’t need to do that after a couple rounds my Apple watch will take over. I really can not recommend this enough, very impressive!Update: After a full season of use I still cannot recommend it enough, as mentioned you do have to double check your score after each hole. It won’t register a new shot if you are within 10 yards of your last shot, so if you duff the shot it may not register your next swing. Beyond that it’s been awesome, only thing better is the customer service. I’ve had to map a course and correct a couple mapping issues and all were taken care of in days. I have one sensor that went bad (driver, my hunch is the length of the club and it hitting the bottom of my bag) they replaced it no questions asked and fast. Only thing I wish I could do is combine 9 hole scores but that’s minor. If you are looking for range finder and stat tracker there is no better choice then this. Buy it!!!
