I bought a packtalk edge and decided to buy these for when I am at home and dont want to be tethered to my PC or phone for music. The build quality is what you would expect from Cardo, and the comfort is REALLY good. The external sound dampening is actually really impressive. They function exactly like the cardo does when attached to your helmet, including being able to either use it with or without the boom microphone included with them. There is no real setup, just put your cardo onto the cradle and away you go. Price wise they are a little pricey compared to say a normal set of headphones, but to be able to just switch from my helmet audio, straight to these when I get home with almost no interruption is really nice. If your Edge connects fine, then think of these as just an extension.

These work great for teaching my wife how to ride in a parking lot. Very comfortable and fit well. Easy to setup by clicking my cardo on and instantly be connected with other riders. It is compatible with my existing cardo's making it cost effective for us. They sound great and are tight enough not to fall of but don't get uncomfortable. Sturdy set of quality edgephones

Ich habe dieses Headset für das Cardo Packtalk-System für meine Freundin gekauft, und es funktioniert absolut einwandfrei. Sie nutzt es, wenn wir nicht mit dem Motorrad unterwegs sind – zum Beispiel beim Spazierengehen, im Training oder einfach zum Testen – und wir sind wirklich begeistert. Verbindung & Einrichtung: Die Kopplung mit dem Cardo Packtalk ging sofort und ohne Probleme. Es funktioniert genauso wie ein normales Helm-Setup, aber eben ohne Helm. Auch die Reichweite ist stark – selbst wenn man nicht in Sichtweite ist, bleibt die Verbindung stabil. Tragekomfort: Das Headset ist leicht, angenehm zu tragen und auch bei längerer Nutzung sehr bequem. Die Ohrpolster sind weich und das Kopfband sitzt sicher, ohne zu drücken. Es wirkt gut verarbeitet und stabil, aber nicht klobig. Klangqualität: Die Sprachqualität ist auf beiden Seiten hervorragend – genauso klar wie beim Einsatz im Helm. Ideal für Gespräche während des Gehens, beim Skifahren oder im Training, z. B. als Offroad- oder Fahrtrainer. Das Mikrofon nimmt die Stimme gut auf und blendet Umgebungsgeräusche weitgehend aus. Akkunutzung: Da das Packtalk-Gerät weiterhin für Strom sorgt, braucht das Headset selbst keinen Akku. Man muss also nichts zusätzlich laden – sehr praktisch! Fazit: Wer sein Cardo-System auch außerhalb des Helms nutzen will – sei es beim Sport, im Alltag oder als Trainer – bekommt mit diesem Headset eine perfekte Lösung. Einfach anschließen, loslegen, klare Kommunikation – absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die mehr aus ihrem Cardo rausholen wollen.
