These Flash IV electrolyte packets are perfect for on the go for my athletes. They’re easy to mix, taste great, and really help with hydration during busy days and practices. Definitely a must-have in our bag!

I got these for my teen for health reasons. She drinks some of the bottles of liquid Body Armor but we've never found this flavor. She really likes it but finds the flavor too strong with the recommended usage, so she mixes it with water in a 52 ounce container and finds that tastes better for her. She also often drinks part of that and adds more water. So because she does it like that, the pack of 6 lasts a long time. Not sure how beneficial the electrolytes and vitamins are when so watered down, but she is still getting them eventually! She says the powder dissolves well. I love that there aren't any added flavors or colors! I'll definitely be ordering more!

This taste just like the drink convenient efficient when it's on sale such a great price also like to put it on his EBT accepted and it's great to keep hydrated. Good taste sugar-free

I love this stuff, tastes amazing and I buy a 15 pack each week. I have noticed that the taste is sometimes inconsistent. One packet will be perfect and the next will be so sweet with no actual flavor.. just artificial sugar. I think the company needs to fix the taste inconsistency, it’s really annoying to get a mouth full of artifical sweetener.. just my two cents. Do not do the subscribe and save! Amazon either runs out or it’s several days late. I have a condition where I need constant electrolytes and this is the only one I can stand.. yet Amazon can never have it to me on time.

These actually taste pretty good, especially if you are one for lemon/lime things. It is on the saltier side but I don’t mind it. Originally purchased to boost breastmilk supply and ended up drinking after I was done breastfeeding too.

I love this product! It has no sugar, tastes divine, easy to mix, works great to keep me hydrated. No acid reflux or indigestion from the combination of Strawberry/Kiwi.

These have such a strong flavor! If you love a strong flavor, go for these. I could've easily put half a packet in a bottle of water and it would've been plenty of flavor. The powerful flavor is just too much for me. I love that they have hydration and caffeine, but I can't do the flavor. :(
