Great hydration tablets - also taste very good.

Good value for money
These are perfect for taking before sleeping after drinking alcohol to reduce the hangover! And are also good for in the gym. They have cleaner ingredients than other brands hence why they’re a little more expensive but I would rather spend the extra. They also taste great!

Little junk in them, but take too long to dissolve
I like the fact they contain little junk or artificial sweeteners, however they are marked down because they take so long to dissolve. Other products take a fraction of the time, these can take several minutes sometimes.

Have to be careful
I really wanted these to work and be a regular in the cupboard -- loved the taste, love the fact there is nothing bad in them and a healthy way to hydrate with flavour in your water. Knocked two stars off as unfortunately, after having one a day for three days, let's just say my digestion didn't agree. Having researched a bit further into it, I think it's the sodium which taking more than you need can have the opposite effect, causing dehydration (internally) and the worst constipation I think I've ever had. Had to buy loads of grapes!

Best electrolytes with added vitamins
Electrolytes + Vitamins and the most important no artificial sweeteners. These tablets have been my go to choice for many years now. They take a bit longer to get dissolved but that’s fine.
