Great hand therapy set, just like in the OT PT Office. Compact to carry in purse to do exercises throughout the day, even sitting in traffic. Worth the mony.

Bought these to strengthen my hands after surgery. Worked good for individual fingers.

This was suggested by my physical therapist to help me with finger strength after my surgery. Easy to use & very functional.

The item works OK. Since it is made of plastic the squeeze effect is not smooth. Did not like that at all and upgraded to clinical quality gripper. I am a PT and biased toward the higher quality and smooth action of the pricier products on the market. This product should work in the short term.

I've only just begun using this grip strength trainer, but I know from watching my husband use his years ago that it really works. It's easy and painless to use and I can already feel my grip getting stronger, just from the few times I've used it. Highly recommended!

My P.T. suggested this after tearing my rotator cuff and biceps, leading to shoulder surgery. The nerve block in my neck compromised my hand movements. It's taken 4 months to get it mostly back to normal. These little gadgets helped with mobility and pain.
