This machine is great because it’s easy to use, heats up really fast, and is easy to clean. Still working on perfecting my latte skills but this machine is great!

I ordered an espresso machine. The item I received was electrically malfunctioning. For example, the knob on the right side of the machine. For standby you had to put in steam mode, you had to go to standby for water, etc. I contacted Gevi and emailed proof via videos. They send me a label saying once they received the machine they would evaluate and ship me back a new one. I shipped the item back from Gevi and it was been several weeks with no reply. Every time I call customer service they say they need more time and will let me know. I can not get a straight answer from this company. I requested my money back so I can just go with a different brand as I am not impressed, and still getting the run around on that. This company does not back up there electronics well.

It's easy to get set up, easy to clean, and simple to figure out. I set it up last night and made 2 cappuccinos this morning. You can adjust the amount you get for your shots, easily explained in the guide book. It's a bit tight when trying to lock the grinds in, you have to hold the machine to keep it still. My only real complaint is that the steam Wand is a bit short. It has a cup warmer on the top, a little bobber in the catch tray to let you know it needs emptied, and comes with everything but the milk cup.

This machine is definitely a starter espresso maker & shouldn't be considered anything but that. It does the job of making espresso tasting coffee but it lacks a few nice aspects of a higher end machine. Overall, it does the job I bought it for, but only on a basic personal use mode. It's simple enough to use & 3 weeks in, we enjoy using it and it works as it should.Will check back in if any major flaws but so far so good. I paid about $80 in Nov 2023. Today is 1 week B4 Xmas '23⛄ 🎄

Great for typical, casual espresso making and milk frothing. Espresso brews very well, machine is pretty easy to clean.Downsides: the milk frother wand is a bit difficult to deep clean, it's not easy to make good foam like for latte art or cappuccinos, it's a bit loud, not enought to be a deal breaker but enough to be annoying.Overall, recommended for casual, at home lattes
