This is weird ! This is the second one I have bought. but although they were supposed to be the same this one is not only smaller but the infuser is inferior ( it is in two parts very annoying and the lifting clip can`t be folded down and has to be removed absolutely useless )

Like another reviewer, I purchased two of these teapots. The first one was lovely, the infuser/lid assembly worked really well and I was very impressed. This is the only assembly of this kind where the lid can still be used even without the infuser inserted.However... just like the other reviewer, I was so pleased I purchased a second one. To be honest, if I'd bought the second one first I would not have purchased another one. In the box, the handle to the lid was not fitted, it was rattling loose in the glass teapot and as I was taking it out of the packaging I could hear it chinking against the sides (it's never good when a glass teapot arrives rattling in the package). Fortunately, when I had opened it, I was relieved to see that nothing was broken, although there was a small piece of metal, like a tiny stud in there too, which doesn't seem to have any use or obvious place it came from. I discarded the stud and fixed the handle on to the infuser, slotted it into its housing and put it all in the teapot. Then I came to fit the lid. It wouldn't fit. The handle is just too big. No matter how I bent it, twisted it and reshaped it, it is just too big and prevents the lid from closing When I compared it with the handle I already had from the first purchase, it was obvious that the handle from the second one is bigger. This prevents the lid from fitting into the housing so it won't close.Be warned, therefore, if you are thinking of buying this teapot. If you get one that is good, you will love it. But you may get one that has flaws. Care for a gamble???

It's built in steel infuser is super fine meaning it keeps your brew free from bits at the bottom of the cup. Being glass it allows you to brew your chosen tea to perfection and is just enough for one perfect cup of tea.

A gift that was well received though the traditional Chinese glass teapot was preferred but not available.This is difficult and stiff to dismantle for washing. Arrived tightly packaged as if it was off the back of a lorry.

Present for my daughter who is very pleased with it. If you like a large mug of tea you'll need a larger teapot.

Quite small - the internally fitted strainer is prone to rust if left wet for long period. Ok for one cup at a time.

So pleased best little teapot I have brought makes one cup tea. No tea leaves left in cup even with fine grain tea.

Dissapointed looked like it has been used and is very very small.
