Not Good.
SCAMMMM. I used these insoles for my air force 1s which makes me 5’10. I add the insoles to my shoes with the 4 layers and it makes me 5’11 3/4 when it’s suppose to make me 6’1 1/2. I did remove my original shoe lift from the shoe but that wouldn’t make a difference. DONT BUY THIS. SCAMMM. i paid 12.99 for this BS😤😡

Unstable
Great idea. Nice cushion. But too narrow. The heal is slim and unstable. Easy to twist an ankle if you're not careful. The flexibility of adjusting the lift is good.

Makes Me Look 1.2 to 3.5 Inch Taller!
I like that these heel lift insoles are full-sized so that you don't have to worry about it sliding or moving forward when inside the shoes (when compared to half-sized or short heel lifts). I got the 4-layer because I would like to adjust my "added" height between 1.2 to 3.5 inches taller depending on the type of shoes that I'm wearing. It's made of durable material so the price is definitely worth it!
