Excellent book with great tunes useful for a beginner.

Good book for beginner/intermediate keyboard.A great mix of classical and popular music.

Everything is great for my husband as he just wants to learn more on his keyboard and the music book is helping him so much. It is a great hobby for him especially now that the summer weather is leaving us ha ha.He says it is so good to keep trying different songs and he does like to push himself

This book has indeed lots of songs. Expected something more simple for my 7 year old who has just started learning. However this book will become in handy once she has more practice. I definitely do not regret buying it at all, and who knows, she may just surprise me.

The selection of songs is very wide and varied so a tick there. The cords however will confuse a beginner. The sheet music states cord 'C' while the finger positions for cord 'C' varies from C, E and G, to E, G and C or even G, C and E. So first or even second inversion of the C cord (with out stating this). Confusion for a beginner trying to learn their cords.

Very pleased with this book. Although I am not a beginner I have just bought a Yamaha Keyboard and found myself struggling with the auto accompaniment features. This book has one fingered right hand arrangements. The chords are written above the music and at the end of each piece are drawings showing the keys to be used for each of the chords in that song. Also each song has a suggested tempo and style to play it in.I have noticed that there are occasional mistakes in the chord drawings. But, they are few and far between and you can always look the chord up on the Internet if you do not know how to form it yourself.
