These are a good replacement for m&m’s if you are looking for low carb. Not quite a true chocolate flavor but also not all the sugar and carbs. The outer shell is crunchy and the inside chocolate is the right texture, just slightly bland, if you are craving this type of candy without the sugar and carbs it will do the trick.

Since last October I have lost 150lbs. I am 6'3" and weighed 350. I'm now 200lbs. No medications and just a lot of hard work created my success. Minimal carbs, No sugar, and avoided processed foods as much as possible. Yes, these are processed I guess but if you are going to create a diet that is both effective and you can maintain it you need to have something that allows you to satisfy cravings. This is one of those snacks for me. Many times you find yourself cruising the cupboards and refrigerator. I still live in a home with my wife and daughter so there are bad snacks for me. Plenty of things around that would ruin my diet so having something like this to grab is a blessing. It tastes good and I feel like I'm cheating. Just what I needed. I also use a few other Atkins snacks and recommend them all...

These are delicious but expensive
