Good brace
This is much better that the normal memory foam type and is quite comfy and as it’s plastic based it holds my chin better.

I have arthritis of the spine and when my neck pain kicks off this brace gives me perfect support and reduces the pain

Good value good well made collar which is comfortable.
This is a well made product, it is not the fault of the company it is entirely my error that it is too tight for purchasing the wrong size. So, no problems with the Neck Collar. I gave it to a friend who is smaller and she is much happier now, she has far less pain and headaches. I also have a new larger one.
