We paid over $1,000 for the original touchless Kohler faucet we had installed in our new build in 2022. Twice, we replaced the solenoid, which cost about $150 each; then this year, it wasn't just dripping, it was full-on crying water. We replaced it with this (the same item), hoping we had just gotten a lemon. Nope. Within three weeks, it started slowly dripping (eventually becoming a larger and larger drip), and the pull-down nozzle started sagging, just below where it was supposed to dock. This one is being sent back. What a PoS!!! DO NOT BUY! We just bought a Delta faucet in hopes it will be better.

I purchased this gold faucet on Amazon for hundreds less than the retailers price. It’s a nice and very functional faucet I love it. It’s beautifully made and a very sturdy faucet that adds beauty to my kitchen.

I’ve installed 3 of these units now in my homes. The first 2 were amazing and worked without issue. Installation is pretty simple and Kohler has kept the same easy install setup for a while now. I originally installed this faucet, connected all the power lines to the circuit board and nothing happened. The power light was on but the faucet light (seen in attached picture) was not. I uninstalled to return it and then Amazon said I couldn’t return it. Troubleshooting it a bit more with a multi meter I confirmed which line wasn’t getting power to the faucet. I found the connector wires were loose in the connector housing that plugs into the circuit board. I pressed them in all the way until they snapped in place. This made the proper connection when seated with the circuit board and the faucet led came on and things worked. At $700 bucks Kohler’s QA process should catch this sort of thing. I would not recommend spending this much money on a faucet with these sort of defects. Update: after 6 or so months the solenoid valve is going out. Kohler says replacement will be shipped in about a month and won’t let us pick shipping so we’re not sure if it will actually get to us Update 2: Kohler reached out and said it would be a couple more months before they could ship a replacement part to get our sink working. In the meantime time I had turned off the motion mode to just try to have a working sink in manual mode. Now manual mode is failing. I’m never buying a Kohler product in my home again. The poor quality, lack of support, and astonishing price at which you have to pay makes me think this company won’t be around for the long run as others likely get the same treatment. Totally unacceptable

the product is outstanding but i believe the shipper sent me a defective one the package arrived opened and once all was installed the electronics did not work. i am happy to say i contacted Kohler and the could not be nicer and are shipping me a replacement part. beware of this supplier

Item arrived missing all parts to install. Very disappointed and once again returning this item at a disadvantage to me. Don’t try check these items prior to sending. 😩😩

So far my wife loves it. Hope it lasts as this is not cheap!

The faucet stopped working twice, Kohler took forever to replace it the first time and had it replaced with a standard after the second time it broke. Additionally it needs a power source so if you are in an area that has blackouts if you want water invest in a generator.
