Easy and simple to use

Early days but happy so far.
These are easy to swallow capsules. I bought them because I often suffer leg cramps and wanted something to help restore electrolytes, etc. to prevent these painful cramps.

These have been a game changer for me after a long workout in the gym, especially given that I always finished off with an hours cardio on the treadmill and sweat a disgusting amount! I take four of these after each workout and I definitely feel much less tired come the afternoon, no more avo slump and headaches. Really easy to take, no smell or aftertaste and much better value for money than the effervescent tablets I was buying.

Great but only after exercise!
These are the best hydro tablets I've used AFTER EXERCISE! I can't believe on the bottle and all other hydro tablets advertised on Amazon....say you can take them without exercising. I would seriously avoid taking them unless you've had a workout as you can taste the salt even in a pint of water. You should never take these unless you sweated during a workout. If you take two of these a day and you don't exercise I would take yourself to the doctor and get a blood pressure test. I've listened to several doctors over the years on TV telling people not to take hydro tablets as though they're vitamin tablets. So, yes these are great as long as you sweat during exercise.
