I was very skeptical at first buying this, as my previous experience with buying a bed frame never matched the picture. This item does match the picture and looks exactly like it down to the color! I ordered the cream color frame.There was only one issue i had with one hole as it was drilled a bit higher than it should have been, i was able to get it resolved using some force. Not an issue but more of a concern is the products inner structure seems very brittle and can break easy with light force if applied in the center of the headboards or footboard. Almost feels like cardboard. So becareful of that. But the fabric material is soft and well put togethe.Has good inner support, both on the center edges of the frame and inner frame, for mattress where you do not need box spring to support.For somone who has built alot of items in the past, I appreciate the fact all screws are one size, there no guess work! There were a couple of smaller screws, however this company pre-screwed the screws in their respective locations. Also as a side note, do not take the pre-screwed screws out all the way. They are designed to be take out half way where you can mount the frame support brackets on top for easier build.Have a drill ready as it will cut down on build time, an extended bit ready if possible as well. Remeber drill tight at the lowest speed possible and hand tighten the rest if the way. As mentioned above, brittle inner structure might cause the drill to over tighten and possinly damage the frame.
