These griddle flippers are sturdy and well built. The beveled edges are just sharp enough to slice under food you need to flip and have a solid feel in the hand, makes me feel like the griddle master I imspire to be. Buy these things.

Full tang in handle so no worries about break offs. Good size and heft, sharp edges. Somewhat prone to light rusting but an eraser sponge easily gets the spots off.

I seriously did not expect these to be so huge. I really only use the smallest one and even that is huge. One is just to long to use in my largest cast iron pan and the other is just plain clownlike in it's size. I can see using the 2 larger spats on our grill or on a griddle, but only the smallest one works for the cast iron pan. The quality of these spatulas are fabulous though.

Very heavy duty construction, thick metal with tapered edges, wooden handles with metal sandwiched between, and three rivets to hold them together. Restaurant quality. I use the big one for flipping pancakes, the short one for eggs, and the longer one for burgers and other meats.
