How to pasteurise these straw pellets for mushroom growing?

From what I know and my experience growing with this substrate is that the process from which they turn the straw into straw pellets already pasteurizes them. So, you would only need to rehydrate the pellets then add the mushroom spawn. That's what I did for my king oyster mushrooms and they turned out fine.

What is the pellet to water ratio when pasteurizing for substrate?

On the website for this it says For 5lb of substrate 5cups (2lb) of pellets Add 1.4liters (3lb) of water So basically every 2lb of pellets your water ratio will be one lb higher then the pellets so if you wanted to make a 10 lb substrate it would be 4lb of pellets and and 6lb of water 3 for the first 2lb and 3 for the other 2lb I’ve been told when pressure cooking or sterilizing it can be 2.5hrs for 10lb or 3hrs after that time needs to be added or changed
