Superb thriller. One of the best thriller writers there is.A shame he is overlooked by some of the more popular writers today.Always a really good clever story.

I loved this. Exciting, page turning - I was reading on the exercise bike and stayed on for another 30 minutes to finish it! So many twists and turns and I was always surprised. I liked the basis for the story - written in 2001 but set in 2020 - a little close for comfort. Clever thriller.

This is a very well-written novel with an entertaining plot and a great deal of pace.I found there to be a couple of minor flaws and perhaps a coincidence or two too many, but Donald James has certainly attracted my attention. Now all I have do is work out which of his other novels I should buy and read next.

a really good thriller
