Awesome window mount! Easy set up! As long as you've used tools before it should be a breeze. Unfortunately the ac manufacturers design the window ac's for pull down windows, which no house has that was built past 1980, so you always have to cut a piece of plywood or something else and install it above the unit. I love the levelers on the actual bracket arms and the risers that mount to the window sill. Great product...would use again!!!

need to check your packagges before thier shipped
it had been opened before and was missing all the nuts and bolts and instructions also the backet too hold in the window.i was in calif, my dad passed away and iwas gone and did not open the package until I got home. sincerely david webb
