I absolutely love Rustic Bakery products but they need better vendors to supply them faster according to Prime customers' two-day delivery. We run out quicker than I plan so I always need to reorder and buying in the store is so expensive.

Good flavor, love these crackers but they were 70% crumbs and shards.It would be respectful to the customer to pack them like you care vendor! Two small boxes in a shipping box three times the size of cracker boxes, no packing to keep boxes stabile during shipping, also no fragile sticker on shipping box.

These are great crackers, BUT Amazon sent them in a plastic bag, and they were crumbs when I got them! Amazon won't replace or refund!!FRAUD!

Boxes weren’t smashed but crackers was in small pieces. Supposed to use it for a party with cheese crackers and sausage but I had to use wheat thins instead. It was quite embarrassing.

I love the single packets of these crackers that they serve with cheese trays on airlines. Thought I would try these, they were stale and broken in small pieces. Very disappointed
