Recommended by my ortho doctor when I told him of my siatica pain that arrived after a foot surgery that required an elevated leg raise. It worked really well and together with buying a cushion to seat on when driving the pain has measurably declined. I am also starting to using the product for a tennis elbow issue that I have had for many years after doing push ups the wrong way where the tendon joins the bone and after applying pressure to the area I rub this product in and it has also helped me to the extent that I am able to weight training exercises like arm curls etc with much less pain. I highly recommend the product.

I love love love love this product. I been working out training for a marathon. Anyway you all, I started getting excruciating leg and hamsrings cramps in the middle of the night, waking me up from my sleep. Let me tell you hunny hunny that this balm stick is the bomb.com, it amazing, fantastic in taking the pain away, it's the only thing that helps me, I put it on at night before bed to prevent the cramps and in the morning before my run, to warm up my muscle. I highly recommend it and for knee pain omg it's so good, Yes!!!! get it you will not be disappointed. It literally stop leg cramps on its track. I now have a stick in my car, next to my bed and in my purse since they have a travel size one. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I have tried tons of pain reliever this one is the best, I also use it on for sciatica pain.

Works great. As soon as I put it on, the area where the pain is seems to relax and it eases right off. The smell is calming as well

I THINK this is helpful? I say that because I have very stiff and sore legs following knee replacement surgery and inflammation of the ligaments (IT band) in my legs... As far as pain? Not so much help... Flexibility? It seems to help.. A friend recommended this, and she says it does help with her painful legs. Another friend I recommended it to says it does her no good at all with pain... So - I guess it's really individual and maybe a matter of perception? Clear as mud!

Product went on sale so I decided to give it a try. I sleep weird at night and constantly get neck and back pain. Just 2 minutes after applying this product to my lower back I noticed about 70% reduction in pain!

I love the product but it was made in 2023, it is the end of 2024 and it expires in 2025 wich is in one month.Big bummer.

...and I have tried a LOT of topical pain relievers. I couldn't believe how quickly it worked, and there was no strong smell—just pure, rapid relief.

I like the product but it is not as effective as I had hoped.
