Not Worth Your Time or Money (if you have use these for your application)
Purchased the Nexlux LED Strip Lights with WiFi (16.4 ft) and Nexlux L Shape 4 Pins Connectors to be used as a Bias Lighting system on my 75" TV. Shipped quick and online instructions were helpful. That's where the good times ended. I tested the system and it worked as described, so I began customizing the lighting. I cut the lighting strip into 4 pieces and used the Pin Connectors to change the light strip from a straight application into a rectangle. After I reattached each section, I verified the lights still worked. After about 45 minutes my work was done and I got ready to install. I picked up the light rectangle and half the lights went out. Two and a half hours later, after readjusting and shimming each connection (using small cardboard shims, several times), I got the system working. One hour later, the installation was complete and the lights worked beautifully. Five minutes later, one by one, each section either stopped lighting or emitted a sickly pink color. An additional thirty minutes of connection repairs only resulted in continued failures. Finally, I just ripped the lights off the TV and dropped them in the trash. If you need to cut this product to fit your application needs, find another product. Both the Nexlux LED Strip Lights and the Nexlux Pins Connector were equally responsible for product failure.

There needs to be one that goes in the other direction
My problem is that the electricity is over by the stove. From there I want to go to the right and turn right to continue to the side of the kitchen with no power. To do that, the little L connector needs to have the + on the inside of the L and not the outside. I thought I came up with a solution, but the colors are all messed up. Is there another solution besides these connectors?? I love the lights.

Did Not Work
I bought these connectors to go with the NexLux LED Strip Lights Wifi enabled kit (16.4ft) with the intention of creating a square to mount to the back of my 70" TV....neither worked as advertised!!I don't know whether it was the pin connectors or the NexLux light strip itself, but this system did not work properly. I followed the directions to a "T" when cutting the light strips and connecting them with the Nexlux L Shape 4 Pins Connector, but the light did not work. Initially the lights would not work unless I wiggled or put pressure on the light strip where they connected to the connectors and then they would just blink/flicker and turn off when I let go. I unconnected everything, made sure the connectors and light strips were clean and free of debris and cut in the correct place, then reconnected everything and it still didn't work. When I did get the lights to stay on the third connected light strip would only turn green and wouldn't stay on unless I wiggled the connection or put pressure on it.I read countless tutorials, watched several videos and went through every step of the process again and again and still had these problems. If you want to use this kit as a single, continuous strand they work fine, but if you intend to cut them, as the manufacturer states you can, do not waste your money or your effort.

Lots of troubleshooting to keep all colors working.
I was installing Nexlux strips behind a large mirror, and found it extremely difficult to keep all connections for all colors solid over a three connectors run. Eventually got all colors on all strips to work, but took a long time troubleshooting. TIP: Because the LED tape is so flimsy and difficult to push under the pins, DO NOT REMOVE THE BACKING FROM THE FIRST AND LAST 1/4” of each strip, and things will go a lot faster.

Excellent Way to Clean Up Your Install
These actually worked great. Some of the reviews made me hesitant but I think most of the problems are user error. Use a Razor Knife to clean off / cut about 1/4 - 3/8 of an inch of the raised Polymer coating so that the ribbon is exposed. Then you simply slide the ends in and close the latches. Make sure you plan your cuts and layout a head of time because it IS possible to screw it up at assembly (the LED Strips have to be installed so that the + / + line up, which means you have to lay out the strips / start the loop in a certain direction).

Hope you have tiny fingers and lots of patience.
This product does what it's supposed to do. But if you have giant pickle fingers like I do, you are going to have a heck of a time trying to get them open closed or connected without using many adult words in frustration. But that seems to be more of an issue with my anatomy and less an issue with this product. So you people who were genetically given tiny baby hands, and one to put accent lighting on your TV's or cabinets or whatever, these connectors are for you!

Better instructions would have helped
The trick is trimming away any protective covering over the contacts on the strip. Once I figured that out, these were a breeze to install. Better instructions would have helped.
