The 100mg of sodium is exactly what I need, and the best part is that you don't get that harsh, salty taste. Instead, there's a pleasant sweetness that makes them much more palatable than other salt tablets I've tried. Pros: Easy to dissolve, great for on-the-run use. Effective 100mg sodium content. Pleasant, sweet lemon-lime flavor that masks the saltiness. Helps with longer lasting hydration. Cons: Possibly a choking hazard if you're an extremely fast runner. Would recommend chewing. If you get sweat or water where you store your tablet(s) for the run, you will be left with a dissolved sticky mess

If you are a distance runner then you need these. I run marathons and use these every 30 minutes on my runs to help keep my electrolytes up. I just pop them in and it gives me something to taste as I run which I love. Lemon lime is the classic but you can't go wrong with any of the flavors. I haven't had any issues with upset stomach. When I don't use I notice a difference.

With the high temperatures in AZ these pills are coming in very handy!!!

Shipping: It arrived the first day it was estimated to arrive (there was a 12 day window so I was extremely impressed by this,) and packaging was appropriate for the size while being protected very well. I'm actually going to go out of my way to thank the seller because this is not common in the online shipping world. I believe it was Niagara Cycle Inc. They also included an invoice with lots of good information on it which is always a nice touch. It makes me feel like I matter. Product: Taste is wonderful and light. You wouldn't know this is an electrolyte product. It tastes like a Sweet Tart candy. It takes maybe 3 bites to completely chew and swallow it and is about the size of a thumb nail. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to replenish during a race or some sort of event. It's not chalky and you won't need anything to wash it down with. The serving size is two chews. If lime isn't your cup of tea, I believe they also have orange flavoured chews. I was giving this a try since I use the traditional capsules, and use it for a chronic illness that requires a substantially increased salt intake (18x the recommended amount for normal adults) and this would he helpful for when I am on the go, or simply not able to take a large pill and drink water. I will definitely be keeping this on hand. I am thoroughly pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

Nehme die Tabletten vor & während dem Training, nach Anleitung. Schmeckt gut, wirkt und der Preis ist okay. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
