I was skeptical at first, as I had purchased a rechargable battery operated item that cost more from another company before and it was nothing but junk. But I needed a backup camera for my older truck that would be simple to install and gave this one a try. I've had it for 6 months and it has been excellent. Despite being solar-powered, it has not failed once and serves its purpose. The screen is somewhat small, but big enough to see everything behind you when backing your vehicle. Looking for an inexpensive backup camera that's easy to install (no hard wiring) and works? I highly recommend this one!

Camera now only works in direct sunlight when real time solar power exceeds power consumption, making it useless 95% of the time. Will not charge via solar or USB. No warranty or recourse. I could have set $90 on fire, which at least would have been entertaining.

Camera works well when it works but sporadically fails. Documentation says vibration of camera will restart it. I tried tapping on the camera but it still would not turn on. Next day, it worked! Really frustrating.

I got this for the front bumper license plate so that I can see what is around the front of the car when parking.I don’t have front sensors on my car so this really helps me see what is going on in front of my car. Really helpful when I want to be sure I am not running over or bumping into something I cannot see.This is extremely useful when it is raining or at night. It is very clear and is charged with the solar panel that is built in.Been using this for a while now and I highly recommend it.

I’m using this camera for motor home. It’s working good. It’s super easy to install and retrieve the camera. So be careful when you park your car in a bad area. No night vision but not so necessary when you have back-up lights anyway. Overall good quality. I like it.

After a month it will only display the company logo on the screen. Every once in a while, it will work but has a low-battery warning. It's been charged manually and it's been in the sun for days, still not working correctly. Spent the last 2 weeks trying to get product support from Ecoconut with no help at all.

I have a 2007 van didn’t have a backup camera so this does work good very clear picture on monitor day or night Con is if I turn the key and don’t start it right away it doesn’t work have to turn it off then back on and isn’t have wide angle lens. But good for backing straight back 😊
