MINIX NEO P1 Min 33W

I bought this charger to use while abroad in South America (Argentina and Brazil). The item is very portable due to its small size and comes with a bag to hold the charger and the 2 different baseplates so you can plug into different countries electric sockets. These worked well in every socket I used them in. There are 2 charging ports - one USB C and one USB A. My phone, iPad and Galaxy Fit 3 all charged quickly, as did my power bank. The charger did not get hot, just a little warm at times. Overall pleased with it, would recommend.

Tiny and powerful. Great for taking on holiday to far east. You could even put it in your trouser pocket

Can charge everything but for laptop only one port at a time should be used. Small, UK and EU sockets in addition to the build in US.

It is tiny I will give it that but it arrived out of the box rattling like crazy, I don't trust it to plug it in. Instant return. I would not bother until they sort out their quality control which is a shame as it's absolutely tiny.

Update: the manufacturer contacted me and offered a replacement or refund. The replacement is working great so far. The original fault seemed to be related to the UK socket adapter, it shows some denting in the mental pins that might have been creating the wiring/electric noise. I was really happy with the product but after a couple month of use it has started to make an erratic wiring, electric noise. Like some current jumping between component within the charger. I have tested multitude of outlets, cables and devices, same issue. It charges fine but I would not trust it to be unsupervised as I worry about safety. Pitty, it might be just a faulty one.

Its really compact charger with declared maximum power. it does not make any sound during operation. What I miss during ordering, when both sockets are used for charging (like phone and phone), none of the ports are working with QC3.0. When one phone is full, then second port can provide fast or ultrafast charging. One more observation, when UK plug is in usage, charger installed in socket looks up side down, could be improved in next revisions. Max 33W are reachable with usb-c and laptop. Then don't connect anything else, because charger will start to switching off alternately his usb ports.

This is the seventh minix charger I have bought for me, family and extended family, and every one is bulletproof and fantastic. This charger is no different. It is surprisingly light and at 33w its fast enough - great to take in my carry on luggage.

I am out of the country once a month, and I tend to leave or break my fair share of international travel adapters. I've been buying the Minix P1's for a few years as gifts and to replace the ones who have been left all over, and I'm quite happy with them. The two USB ports, one USB-C and one USB-A, works very well. I have slowly phased out my USB-A devices over the years, so I'm effectively using this as a USB-C charger that tops out at ~33w. This works for my iPad, my iPhone/watch plugged into my Twelve South charger, or my Macbook Air. Charging speed seems to be at the advertised speed, which is fine. It's a small, compact adapter with the plug adapters for EU/UK, which pop on and off. And for the price... the fact that the charger is this price alone makes it worth buying. The international plugs are icing on the cake.

I'm using this travel charger in Poland. It's about the size of a regular phone charger. It fits tightly into the power socket, and takes up a single power socket. Charges phones, tablets, and portable power banks fast. It's going to be the only European travel charger that I bring with me.

Tends to get really hot when using at or around max power, however I’m sure it’s not a huge deal. Otherwise it’s a really good quality charger for the price and being able to use it for travel in Europe with the adapters make this and the other minix chargers a one of a kind. Overall, great for travel and quick charging my iPhone and iPad.

Questo adattatore è stato un fedele compagno durante il mio viaggio in Giappone. I bought EP-P5200 charger for my Samsung S22 Ultra but without AC power unit. I had 2 25W chargers, one from Samsung but none worked with EP-P5200. Apparently only specific chargers work with it. Original Samsung T300 is hard to find. Then, I found a comment on UK forum than 66W MINIX works. I do not need 66W power as S24U cannot handle more than 6-8A (max 45W is needed). I compared this 33W model with 66W and this one has more capabilities (features other than power). Actual current delivered in direct wiring mode is about 5.7A (Samsung 25W charger - 6A) and it works with EP-P5200 delivering about 2.1A in wireless mode (other non Samsung wireless chargers can only deliver 1.3A max). Aside of having 2 outputs (USB-C and -A) it is also smaller that others and comes with world universal plug adapters. I'm very satisfied with price, delivery, quality and functionality. Highly recommended.
