This Griddle is amazing!! It cleans up beautifully. It does not stick. It fits easily in my new kitchen cabinet drawer. It matches my new kitchen cabinets. Just a light seasoning at first is all it takes. One of the best purchases I have ever given myself (besides my Australian Shepard puppy!}.

Very sturdy, heavy,cleans easily and looks great. Also, the handle is comfortable!

This griddle is nice and heavy but not too heavy. It fits perfectly over two burners on my stove. It's also beautiful. I will be looking for more pieces to add to my collection.

Received shipment of the Griddle sooner than expected! The heavy duty packaging and product box was akin to Apple computer products, cradling the griddle from any shipping insults and immediately suggesting high quality. Elegant, perfect finish with smooth edges. Deep enough recess to retain the foods but shallow enough to position a spatula handle flatly on the cooking surface. We bought the blue color which is striking and nicely complementary to the light grey ceramic cooking surface. Surprised to see it was made in China, but since it was such good quality, Caraway must be very hands-on in the factory and purchases only the finest materials. Even heating across our front/bridge and rear electric-glass burners - I was able to position eight 4-inch pancakes for our first use of the equipment and flip them with ease, achieving a nice smooth browning on both sides. I kept the heat between 4-5, midway on our 8 temperature setting stove and took the pancakes off within about 5 minutes. I have since prepared reuben sandwiches, scrambled eggs and home fries, grill cheese sandwiches and more. After offloading each of these meals, there was no warping or rocking of the underside or cooking surfaces (my previous cheap griddle warped immediately). I then always remove it from the burner and place it on two thick cork trivets to cool. After about 20 minutes I am able to wash it quickly and effortlessly, with no burned or stubborn residue to remove. I have used it about 5 times in the past two weeks and am delighted with its performance. Kudos to Caraway! This product and the company are winners in my book.

Instructions say max heat to is medium to avoid ruining the nonstick surface. I never knew that! This explains why our other nonstick pans get ruined. Very heavy. Wife says it’s mine to use because of the weight. But, it does sit flat on our electric stovetop, so it’s likely going to heat more evenly than any other griddle we’ve ever had.
