Awesome Clock and Even Cooler Display
I’m in the process of redesigning my home office and ran across this device via a couple of YouTube videos. I’ll keep this short and straight to the point with my pros and cons below. Pros: - Build quality is excellent - Very cool design - Screens and ambient lights are nice and bright, but also can be adjusted - LOTS of different functionalities built in - Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity - Easy setup and customization - Premium packaging - Excellent value for the money Cons: - App could use a little improvement Just to elaborate on the con a bit more for those curious. The app isn’t bad by any means which is why I still give it 5 stars. It does what it needs to do and is easy to use and figure out. I have run into a couple of small issues that are not a big deal like finding a very specific clock customization that refused to let me change a picture on one of the displays. This was only one of the large number of clock setups that had this issue. I also found myself wishing their pixel art search was a bit better. They have various ways to search user art but their ability to filter the search is basic which can make looking for very specific things more difficult but not impossible. Don't let this deter you though as the Times Gate is still an awesome device!

Very nice desktop addition
Overall, I find this to be a good product; however, there are some areas that could definitely be improved, particularly concerning the available applications. Specifically, the current selection of apps feels outdated and incomplete. The sports application, in my opinion, is a major weak point because it notably lacks coverage of the NFL, which is quite disappointing given the general interest in professional football. Beyond the apps, I would also appreciate some enhancements to the overall functionality, such as the addition of wireless connectivity options. While I do enjoy the product and its core features, I feel that the current price point of $100 is a bit high, especially considering the areas where it could be improved.

Dazzling Cyber Display
Amazing multi screen display. I use it mostly for animated GIFs, especially when not in range of Wi-Fi, which is needed to sync time, weather, stocks or RSS data widgets . You can save many sets of configured screens, and in the case of images, each screen can stack multiples pics or animated GIFs. Any device freezing I experienced was due to certain data screens that require Wi-Fi, which is limited to 2.4 GHz. Not using those, I have had no issue running multiple 5-screen sets of animated GIFs with each screen cycling through 8 to 12 or more GIFs. Works 24/7. Displays are super detailed. I even use it in my car via USB (be aware it draws 5-10 W or 1-2 A). Wonderful cyberpunk device!

Pretty awesome! Except for just a few minor things...
And I'll start out with the few minor things that aren't awesome. First thing is the nice case that it comes in. The Divoom Times Gate is something that is meant to be out on display all of the time. So there really isn't a need for it to have a case. I didn't take a star off for that though, since I knew that before I ordered it. But still, Divoom should take note. By not including a case with it, they could charge less money for it and they would probably sell a lot more of these. And something else they should take note of is the instructions. They are an incredible waste of paper, that I'm sure the customers foot the bill of, that are completely unnecessary!! It's a little instruction book, but it has 84 pages! Of which there's only 5 pages for each of the 13 languages in it. And everything detailed in those five pages is really just self explanatory. Or, it could have just been put in the app. The 18 pages in the back are for all of the legal stuff in each language, and I imagine they have to include that as part of getting certain certifications. But 18 pages would be a far cry from 84 pages, lol. It's not that big of a deal to me, but it's a lot of wasted resources and unnecessary cost. For us customers AND probably for Divoom too. The other thing is that the Times Gate only comes with HALF of the means to power it! I wouldn't have taken a star off if it would have been easy for me to know that before ordering it, but it wasn't. It's not until you get the Times Gate and look in the instructions that they finally tell you, "5V---1A USB Adapter Output Required." It does come with a nice cord with a USB-C connection on one end and a regular USB-A connection on the other end, but it doesn't come with a little power brick. I've gotten tons of things over the years that use a USB-C / USB-A cable to get their power. And 99% of the time, when something has a battery in it and it's rechargeable, it does NOT come with a little power brick. Also 99% of the time, when it's something like this that does NOT have a battery in it and has to be plugged in at all times, it DOES come with a little power brick. So Divoom dropped the ball on that one. Because this should definitely come with a little power brick. Especially considering how much it costs. Oh, and it's like Divoom themselves don't even know the difference between something that has to be plugged in all of the time and something that is rechargeable. Well, they do show a notice that says, "This product does not include a built-in battery!!!" But in the same area it says, "Charge: Via USB cable, 5V=1A." And on the first page of the instruction where it says what's in the box it shows that it comes with a, "Type-C Charging Cable." I know, I'm just being petty now, lol. I just wanted to mention it though, in case Divoom might actually see it. Because someone can't fix mistakes if they don't know that they've made them in the first place, right? And I like Divoom. So if I could help them improve, I would like to. 🤓 Anyway, Even though I think it doesn't need to come with a case, the case is gorgeous. And then the Times Gate itself is just beautiful. I mean, it's a work of art in my opinion. Then, aside from all of the other cool things that can be shown on the five little screens, just the clock feature itself is almost reason enough to get it. The amount of different styles of clocks that can be used is just endless. And as for the app, a lot of people don't like it, but I like it a lot. I also obviously like the Times Gate a lot too. So, it probably goes without saying by now, but I would definitely recommend the Divoom Times Gate to anyone who is considering getting it.

Coolest thing ever!!!
This thing is just awesome! Lots of customization for the different individual screens or options to set a themed display, changeable RGB light modes, solid construction and a very cool design, I love it!!!

Ugly outside, cute within...Maybe
I got it in a package as usual, but when I opened the box it was in a plastic bag and not wrapped as seen in the vids. It had the cute bag, but it was slightly stained and a hair sample attached to the dyed stain and...a loose audio cable that I guess someone was saying sorry, but it had nothing to do with the device itself. The box with the device was in for the most part okay with peeled tape at the latch. Lysol wipe handled. I did open it and could make out that the device was fine. This device was probably returned like a second thought regret purchase. The usb cable was not in the box it should come with. Just placed under the casing mold. The Times Gate was fine itself.. No scratches or signs of mishandling. The plastic film was also already removed. Instruction manual was unopened and where it should be. It was tested and works! This is the first product from Amazon I have received in this way. and will speak with someone, but it sits fine. May just keep it because the device is what I cared about. Updated: I returned the item as it was malfunctioning, but Amazon quickly replaced it next day and it came the way it was expected with the carry bag, wrapped in plastic and etc. It's been working great and I love so changedcthe rating for excellent service and great device. They even checked on the delivery and device to make sure I got it and was working . Had it for a week and no problems!!

Divoom Cyberpunk delivers!
Just received mine today, and let me say, this thing is awesome. For starters, the packaging is dope. It comes in a plastic box, so if you need to travel with it or pack it out, you can rest assured that it will not get damaged. Let me just preface this with that this was 100% an aesthetic purchase. It’s not something you necessarily need, but boy is it cool. I have mine set to the clock setting, which can be changed within the app. Additionally, you can set it to a ton of different widgets, depending on what you desire. Brightness is not a problem, since there is a button on top that allows to adjust it. Alternatively, you can change it within the app. Setting it up is as easy as plugging it in via USB C, and connecting to the WiFi. An update may be required, which takes probably 3 minutes. Also, a 2.4 GHz connection is needed. It does not support a 5GHz connection. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product. I am impressed with Divoom and their delivery.

DONT BUY
Genuinely wished this thing was good but it sucks in all ways, it completely disconnected on me and now won’t link to my Wi-Fi again. It says it no lingers supports my system even though it was set up on there for 4 months now.during that time this thing has been nothing but junk it changes away from the selected pixel art every day and makes you constantly reset what you put on there, genuinely can’t believe how bad this thing is
