The DOOGEE T10 Plus is a good quality tablet with high specs, Android 13 operating system and a host of cool features.The spec see it equipped with 20GB of RAM, 256GB of memory and the ability to add on an additional memory capacity of up to 1TB with a TF card. The battery is a large 8250mAh unit that gives long usage times on the tablet and the Android 13 operating systems runs quick and smooth and allows you access to millions of Apps.Price is fair and reasonable, finish quality is excellent, screen quality is good and it's an all round excellent low cost tablet.

Love this tablet, easy to set up and use very quick and responsive, screen and sound quality is very good. I can't knock anything as you great value for money, unfortunately the tablet it comes with is terrible as it turns the tablet off randomly.

I really can't complain!I wanted a tablet so looked around, did some research and this was coming top in many tech reviews.For me, It offers GREAT value for money - especially considering the RAM and storage, plus you can add a sim.I've set it up already with no issue and I've been watching TV/films - quality is great.It is quite weighty so I'll use this one at home (and I purchased the Doogee mini T20 to carry around with me)I don't use it for anything too complicated - just the usual standard apps and so far so good. I haven't tested the camera quality (no need yet)It doesn't have fingerprint access so I am currently using the PIN to access it (I haven't tried the face recognition)In my photo, you can compare the size of the T10 I T20 mini I Samsung A52. (As you will see, I am not a tech expert lol, but I hope it's useful to some as a size guide - I know I would have liked to see a comparison before I purchased)It comes with a protective case but I purchased the KATUMO Universal Case (also from Amazon) which is also great quality and it fits perfectly!In my humble opinion, it is a definite thumbs up - in fact two days after receiving this one, I purchased another T10 for a family member.Pricing between this T10 and a Samsung A9+ (with similar storage) is staggering - The T10 has so much more for the money. (In all, I purchased 3 Doogees - 2 x T10 & 1 x T20 mini for around the same price I would have paid for one top-spec A9+)Service was impeccable - Once ordered, my tablet arrived the next day.

The media could not be loaded. Everything went well for four months (Light Use), and then the unit started to experience erratic soft resets, the screen suddenly changing from landscape to portrait and freezing. (See Photo)I initially thought it was a bad application and reset the tablet a number of times but still, the problem persisted and became worse to the point that I could not get past the Wi-Fi Sign On before it would freeze. It was at this point that I contacted their Customer Service Department.That is when the real nightmare started...It took a week of trading messages for them to even acknowledge there was a problem and their so-called 'technical support' amounted to having me 'turn it off, waiting 60 sec, then turn it back on again'.After a good deal more argument, they agreed that I could return the defective unit and they would send me a replacement, they also insisted that I pay the postage for the return.The second tablet arrived on 02/08/2024 and I was hopeful that all the previous misery was behind me, sadly it was not to be. After unboxing the tablet and checking the serial number to make sure it was a different unit (I've been caught in the past.) I hit the power button and nothing! I left the tablet on charge for four hours and still nothing. (I have included my message detailing the obvious faults for the second unit)02-Aug-2024 17:06Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for the reply, the replacement tablet was delivered yesterday (02-08-2024). I am extremely disappointed to find that on examination the replacement tablet is far more useless than the Tablet that was my initial purchase.See Below:1. The unit will not take power from the charger (Charger and enclosed cable tested on two makes of Mobile Phone and a Bluetooth Headphone Charge Pod - works perfectly on all three: Also works perfectly on same items with a third-party charge/sync cable.)2. Despite being on Mains Charge overnight the unit will not turn on regardless of how long or short a duration you hold the power key for.3. When connected to the mains power through the charger the tablet will cycle through the 'Boot Screen' every 10 seconds (See Video) but progress no further.(It won't load the operating system, rendering the Tablet completely useless for its intended purpose)At this point I am completely out of patience and understanding, having already incurred extra costs to return the first broken tablet to you I am not prepared to spend more. If you wish me to return the U/S Tablet you can send me a postage-paid label or make arrangements with a courier to collect the faulty unit. I also don't believe that 'Third Time Lucky' will work. I will also be seeking redress through my credit card company and asking for a full refund of the purchase price as well as advising Amazon Customer Service of this whole bloody awful mess.No credible reply from Doogee Customer Support convinced me to contact Amazon Customer Service directly and have them organize a return and a refund. I was e-mailed a return label in double quick time and a refund was arranged although it hasn't appeared in my account yet.So in closing, five months, a crap load of hassle and aggravation and I'm poorer by £130.00 until the refund hits my Credit Card, I'll let you decide if that's a great shopping experience or not...Best Wishes.....

Great tablet. Not light yet not overly heavy. Great screen clarity. Good battery life. Very happy with my Doogee tablet.

Very pleased with price point on this tablet that was purchased to install sat nav app for use in my motorhome, 26/05/24. Great clarity, responsive and more than enough storage for the purposes for which I bought it and more. Easy to use and screen size is great. Fits perfectly in the fixed dash board cradle in the landscape orientation without obscuring any windscreen vision. 02/08/24, faulty screen developed today so will return for refund.

Brand new product in sealed package. Not high end but great value and does the job I want. Great battery capacity and GPS capability. Came complete with case, charger everything you require. Easy to start up and set up.
