I had been dealing with a lot of anxiety and tried so many things when a friend recommended this rhodiola product. He said his roommate had been using it for anxiety and that it worked great for her. I was willing to try anything and am glad I did! It has a calming effect I can feel within like 10min, but thankfully it doesn't have a sedating effect like many other calming herbs I've tried. I feel focused and alert. I do have to admit I use more than the recommended dose, so you'll have to find a dose that works for you. I like it so much I've since gifted a bottle to my grandmother and 2 friends, all who have also been dealing with anxiety, and they've liked the results as well! We all also love the taste. I think it's yummy 😋

Rhodiola was recommended to me by my holistic health practitioner. I chose this product because it is liposomal and would have better bioavailability. The health benefits I was seeking was for stress reduction and cognitive enhancement for my stressful job. I take 15 drops every morning, not only does it taste good, it makes me feel pretty good too. I found it to be effective in helping me sleep because of the calming effects. I was able to think more clearly during the day due to the calmness I experienced. I didn't mix the drops in anything as I really like the taste. I would imagine it has good mixability if someone chose to do that.

I rarely, if ever, review supplements as their impact is very subjective, the “feel” may be non-existent, and you kind of just hope they’re doing the job “under the hood”.This rhodiola supplement, even though I’ve been using it for only 4 days, is magnificent so far. I sincerely hope this impact sustains itself!The taste of the product is a complete non-issue; put it under your tongue for 30 seconds and swallow it.I understand some people have complaints regarding the lack of measurements on the dropper. I shake the bottle and use two droppers-full. The “full” dropper is about half way up the tube so I suspect I’m not overdosing by taking 2 shots. At this early juncture I’d give 6 stars for this product if I could.Lastly, re any potential comments about a placebo effect: I trial many supplements and have for years. The vast majority of items have no discernible impact on how I feel when using them. Some over the years made me feel awful, most provide nothing, and a few like this one, are great.

I have been taking rhodiola for quite a long time now, so I have a bit of a tolerance. For me this didn't really have much of an effect, but it worked well for my daughter & her friend who had never tried it before. They said it elevated their mood & gave them a bit of energy. The taste isn't terrible & dissipates quickly with a glass of water, didn't bother either of the girls. either.

My husband and I have both been taking this daily. I would say it makes a noticeable difference in how we handle and react to stress.
