Great purchase
I ordered a portable one for my lad”s Christmas but it was too plasticky and tinny. He was a bit disappointed so I returned it and purchased this instead. Night and say. Proper wooden turntable unit and speaker housings, good quality metal platter and felt mat. Good sound, intuitive controls. It just feels substantial and very good quality for the money. He was super impressed and has been using it constantly. Would recommend.

These reviews are for lots of very different turntables, so check which one you are reading.
I bought this while it had a special offer on it, but even at full price, it is outstanding value for money. Many of the reviews on here seem to be for different turntables and complete record players. The one I have is the Piano Black Belt drive turntable with the silver arm and platter, together with an audio technical 3600 cartridge. I bought this to replace my old and trusty Classic Dual CS505 turntable. The sound quality is every bit as good at the Dual (high praise indeed). The platter on this is a full 12" so fully supports the record from edge to edge. It looks fabulous and far mor expensive than the small price being asked for it. the only negative I would say is that it would be nice to be able to disable the Bluetooth, as it did connect to my Bluetooth speaker in the other room, by itself, so now have to make sure this speaker, is off when i want to use it in the living room. The deck appears to be identical to several others that are sold under different names in different colours and finishes 1by one and and lenco but at higher prices! The pictur i have included is the one from amazon of the product I am reviewing for clarity.

Fantastic turntable
Fantastic turntable. A birthday present from my wife. Sounds great and plays well with minimal wow and flutter. I won’t be using the Bluetooth but it’s there if I need it. You need to switch it on at the back and sometimes if you stop playing a record for a while, you may have to restart it. My only other concern is the Start Stop knob. A button would have been better as I’m concerned about how many turns you can get out of it before it wears off. I didn’t bother doing the anti skate as I couldn’t understand it despite reading the manual but I’ve been able to balance counter weight and it plays great. Still can’t figure out it’s name but I’m glad I didn’t spend so much more as the price of turntables and vinyl has gone up recently

Dont buy
Looks good, sounded ok, but would not play at a consistant speed, making it useless unless you're listening to free form Jazz! Quite frankly i would not recomend, surely it not difficult to make a recordplayer rotate at 33.3 or 45 rpm, Huge disapointment

sturdy and compact sound quality not so good
admittedly this is cheap for a record player and it looks well made and appears sturdy enough and quite stylish and it could be used by a young child with 2 minutes instruction - and obviously it is portable (the handle appears quite strong) and you trade some quality for that - but the sound quality from the built in speakers is not great - you can obviously get around this by plugging it into a phono amp, but that does kind of detract from the portability benefits. the various connectors and usb socket to allow recording onto digital format are a really nice touch. this was bought for my daughter to take to college and it is more than suitable for that purpose and it is good value (one of the cheapest of the stand alone portables I looked at) which is why I still gave it 4 stars overall

durable and reliable
The first thing that caught my attention was the wooden finish. It gives the turntable a classic, elegant look that adds a touch of charm to any room. The craftsmanship feels solid, and it’s a visually appealing piece that complements my decor beautifully. Setting it up was straightforward. The counterweight adjustment is an excellent feature, allowing me to fine-tune the tracking force to ensure smooth playback and protect my vinyl records. It’s a thoughtful addition that enhances the overall experience, especially for those who care about preserving their collection. The Bluetooth connectivity is one of my favorite features. I can seamlessly switch between playing vinyl records and streaming music from my phone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices. The connection is stable, and the sound quality doesn’t suffer, which is impressive. It’s perfect for when I want to mix vintage and modern music without changing devices. The HiFi system delivers excellent sound quality. The audio is clear, with a rich and balanced tone that does justice to my records. Whether I’m listening to soft jazz, rock classics, or modern hits, the sound feels immersive and enjoyable.

Sounds as good as it looks
Player sounds as good as it looks and connects nicely to my bluetooth speaker would recommend definitely for the price looks more expensive than it is.

Stunning
Received item today, I’ve bought more for finishing decor for my front room so cannot advised on usage as yet, but wanted to let any future customers know (has Rufus states it does not) that this DOES indeed come with the dust cover. Lucky for me I wanted to see the product before investing in a dust cover.

I used it with the the included speakers and it was great. Then I attached it to a stereo system and it still sounded great. Then I bought another one for the other system and it’s great too.

- VOTO (1-10): 9
