does the blade and lid from 15980 fit this container? The container look the same

I used the same blade and lid from my previous container that cracked (if number the same, they should fit okay, but need to separately buy a wrench to change)

1. same with vita-mix 015978 48 ounce container?, 2.no lid, and no blades?

This does not come with a blade, or the tool to attached a blade, and it does not come with a lid. I had to return it because I could not find a blade and the manual to my original head said to only remove a blade in a desperate situation.
