Daughter loves, but it’s wobbly
The bed is exactly what my daughter wanted bc she wanted stairs and hard to find not over $1000. For the price we paid however the bed is very wobbly and moves she walks up the stairs (for reference is 11 and 90lbs) and when getting in. My husband will prob make some sort of stabilization but don’t feel for price we should be having to do that. It also was A LOT of parts and only pictures for instructions so took us quite a bit but to be expected with items like this. The bed looks great up in the room and we liked that this is one of the higher walk under a for our taller kid. Overall happy but wish was a little more stable.

No instructions or screws included
Was delivered to my porch with box ripped in half down one side. When I moved it to take it inside parts began tumbling out of the box. Took it inside and began unpacking it to set the bed up and there was no screws, manual or instructions included, only the metal bars, wooden shelves and plastic/Styrofoam packaging, making it completely useless.

Needs Improvement
My wife bought this through her account, and I built it. The instructions were straightforward enough, and aside from some dented pieces (there were footprints all over both boxes), assembly went okay. One problem is that the wood screws underneath the step planks are too short. They barely penetrate the wood through the metal, so after my daughter went up and down a few times, two of them fell out. I expect more will fall out, so I’m trying to find the same width screws that are a little longer. There’s some bowing in some of the wood too, which doesn’t help. It’s going to be a bit wobbly no matter what you do, and not having a wall along the steps makes it a bit hazardous for kids and pets. I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s a decent value for the money, but had we known what we know now, we might’ve kept looking. I just wish a little more thought went into the design to make it a more solid and reliable loft bed. I hope it will at least last 6-7 years.

This bed is great, but putting it together was ridiculous. The instructions were not great.
