Mom Wellness 101
I swear these have been my savior on my postpartum journey. My hair is growing back much faster than it did with after my first child. Prior to taking my nails were cracking and that has also resolved. I haven’t noticed any mental clarity, but that could be from lack of sleep. I like the pouches and feel like it’s very convenient to bring on the go. Since all the vitamins are in one pouch I think it’s cost effective compared to buying individually and it’s HSA/FSA approved! There is not an off putting taste or smell. As someone who is breastfeeding, I feel reassured that the daily vitamin pack is helping to replenish the nutrients I’m loosing.

Great for postpartum moms!
I’ve tried lots of prenatal supplements, none did it for me till this one. The others left me feeling deprived and like I was so low on everything including energy. This one has made me feel amazing! Hair is growing so fast and I honestly feel so good being on these, I noticed my milk began to get more cream too. Which was way nice because before I didn’t have much cream! Doesn’t have a taste, easy to swallow. I personally think the ingredients in this are way better than others, just overall great quality and with every penny! I started using this postpartum and wish I had it way sooner!

Absolutely perfect!
Love these! I just had my second baby and I started taking these the day after I had him. I absolutely felt amazing! I had energy, ni brain fog and my milk supply was great! I ran out for 2 weeks and noticed i had brain fog again and my milk supply was down by 3-4oz a day. I started taking them again and bam, all back to normal! Love these!

Good value
Great postnatal, I never feel nauseous or taste the fish oil pill. There is a strong smell to the daily vitamins, almost herb like but the taste doesn’t linger. It’s expensive but you are getting it individually packaged, and in one box (instead of purchasing 3 different bottles). I don’t think it helps energy levels or with milk production. Used this same brand during pregnancy and now have a happy & healthy baby.

Get ready to poop your pants
Messed me up. Not in a good way. My stomach felt like i got food poisoning or something and I do not have a sensitive stomach normally. Ive taken tons of supplements before and have never had a reaction like this

These postpartum vitamins have been amazing! I feel more energized and supported during recovery, and they’re gentle on my stomach. Such a great addition during the postpartum season — definitely recommend!

Increase in milk supply and energy boost
This would be the first time I see actual real time benefits from vitamins. Within the first 48 hours I had a noticeable milk supply increase. The taste is pretty bad. I’m hoping to see hair benefits. I did also notice a boost in energy hours after ingesting.
