I purchased this freezer specifically to cure sashimi. From the start, it was very loud, and it actually became louder the more I used it. I’ve owned this freezer for just over a year, but it's been in operation for only about 2 months. At the time, I paid $2,846.99 (the price has since dropped). Despite the limited use, the unit failed completely, which is very disappointing at this price point. Due to noise levels, reliability issues, and a short lifespan, I would not recommend this product. You’re better off buying a well-known brand—otherwise, you may end up buying twice. The Good: * Compact size * Gets extremely cold and does a great job maintaining ultra-low temperatures The Bad: * Extremely loud * Storage space is small (which I expected) * Door seal did not work well * Vent is difficult to clean

This freezer arrived in a very protected, wooden box. The freezer immediately was set up and worked great. It gets cold fast and it's not too loud or noisy. We are pleased with our purchase and would purchase from Labfeng again.
