It definitely helps with sweating more if that is what you’re looking for. Great addition to any workout because it’s comfortable and stretchy!! I bought the XL and fit me perfectly I’m at my heaviest weight 206lbs I wear 14-16pants/jeans and L/XL shirts, I’m 5.3 with most of my weight at my belly so it was more tight there abut every thing else fits perfect. Nice details under arms. The only one thing I find, is a little difficult to take off from my shoulders but when I put it on is not, so I don’t know. But definitely recommend!! Good quality for material and price and no defects on mine.

I did not know what to expect, but YES it works!! Fits great, so far there was no issues with taking it on and off. Zipper and comfort.. durable have worn it several times already. No strange smells, light weight. I clean it by just rinsing it when I shower after working out and hang dry it. I use a body cream to enhance working out. So far the money spent, well worth it! UPDATE after 1 month - It is still working just fine, GREAT. In fact I’m purchasing another one to rotate because I workout often and I have to hang dry after washing. Naturally it takes some time to dry. I am about 5’6 weighing average 169-175 fluctuations. So the measurements on it are pretty accurate.
