I’m not even sure what the magical ingredients are. But I do know my meatloaf is gray when I use that and I’m always disappointed when I don’t.

Who doesn't love a good meatloaf?
I like pretty much all of McCormick seasonings. This is no exception. I like to add a little mirepoix to the loaf, and bell pepper if I have it. With meatloaf you can add whatever vegetables you want, but don't add too many or the loaf will fall apart. I top it with a BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. Yum. Since I only cook 1 pound of meat, I pour the seasoning into a bowl and stir it to make sure all the ingredients are mixed evenly, then I spoon half of it back into the envelope to use next time. I keep seasoning mixes in the fridge. There are other meatloaf mixes out there but McCormick is my favorite.
