Cause little headache
Good for sleep. But it give you little headache after a long sleep. Also some dizzy effect. Good to use twice in a week or whenever you face sleeping issues. But do not use it on daily basis it might give you some dizziness or headache for the day.

You can sleep well but with headache.
This is my honest review after using this sleep gummy for 11 days.Since a year my sleep pattern was severely disturbed. I slept generally around 3 AM to 4 AM. 🕒to🕓 For this reason after watching a review of this product on YT, I ordered it. I consumed it without any problem for about 5 days. I slept within 1 hour of taking this sleep gummy. I woke up in the morning relaxed and calm. It worked fantastic BUT as I progressed further, slowly, slowly, I started getting mild headaches when I wake up. As the days passed by my headache was getting serious, it persisted whole day and night. I consumes these gummies for 11 days then I stooped to see if my headache subsides. When I stopped it, my headache became more stronger and serious than ever in my life. I felt like my head is gonna burst out of pressure and pain. These gummies are dangerously addictive and habit forming. It totally destroys your brain eventually by taking control of it. Its 4rth day of stopping this gummy, my head ache is still the same. I feel very weak and foggy all day. I still have a stock of 19 more gummies. I call them headache 🤕 gummies.
