Best android I’ve tried other than the Nvidia shield, and for the price, can’t beat it.Really fast and smooth.

It stores too much info on you. When I saw that my Google pay account was connected to it, I deleted my account and crested a new one. I then purged it of all info on me. Though it has plenty of storage to fit my needs, it doesn't seem worth it when it comes to speed, peace of mind, and ability to access what I wanted when I wanted it. Better to get a Nvidia or a 4k firestick

I reached out to Kihank customer support and the are not contacting me.I have two Samsung models, QN65Q70AAFXZA and UN49MU7000. Both do the same thing. Both will only briefly flicker home page when G1 is connected and turned on no matter which HDMI port or even different HDMI cords. It also make a crackling/static noise. The G1 plays just fine on the other brands of TVs I have.As I said earlier I have other brands of TV boxes that work fine hooked up the same on my Samsung TVs.All I want is help to correct problem.

I had a FireTV which died on me. I saw this on YouTube and decided to try it.It truly is fast. Start up is incredibly fast. Most of the time it’s on standby, but when you restart it, it boots up very fast. If you load up the web, it’s incredibly fast to load the page. Faster than my apple devices, not to mention a million times faster than the TV trying to load the internet.My reason for adding this, was to install the DirectTV app on a device, and run it on the bedroom TV. This device runs it faster than the dongle DirectTV gave me for the Family room.I am not an Android person. But this platform runs the google store incredibly fast, it has a bigger storage, and you can add storage. I was able to synch my Bluetooth keyboard to it.For $100, it beats a monthly fee for another dongle from my TV carrier. And I have the full Android TV benefits! No brainer.

I took notice of the review from another review RE: the performance of the G1 box on his LG. I have a LG TV and also had issues with the G1 on the LG TV. My issue was with the sound. The first night the sound did not play using Kodi. However the sound using Netflix was perfect. The next night no sound from either Kodi OR Netflix. I tried several different options including resetting the box 3 times. Long story short, what a disappointment. I have two other devices that I use and have zero issues with them. Play perfect. Anyway that was my experience.

Stay clear of this company, they do not stand behind their product!! This device would give errors and after only 30 seconds stop with an error, we spent hours with the internet provider and the streaming service trying to find the cure. We finally purchased a different make and everything worked flawlessly . They would not stand behind their product and in fact discontinued this model!! They even said they could not locate my purchase even though I sent a screen shot of it on Amazon.. they get a F
