Lamp stopped working 6 weeks use
This lamp was delivered on the 24th December .. it worked for 6 weeks, I'm now having trouble making contact to get this lamp replaced..it has a 200 day warranty Coolant light source

This bulb is well constructed and bright - on par with the OEM bulb. After a few weeks the bulb did burnout - a quick email to their customer support and had a new replacement bulb arrive within a few days. They followed up to check if the bulb arrived okay and that the problem was resolved. I can vouch that they stand by their warranty.

First of all, the lamps are not sealed. They come in a cardboard box that anybody could have opened and used the lamp for a number of hours and send it back afterwards since there is no plastip wrap or security sticker. So basically, you buy brand new without being sure it is in fact brand new. I installed the lamp despite this and it was functionning yes but flickering like a disco ball. It would have been impossible to watch something with a lamp acting like that. I made extra sure the lamp was pushed all the way into the projector’s connector to make sure it was not the problem, same flickering issue. I finally got my hands on an oem lamp for my projector and it’s working perfectly, no issues at all. Conclusion, these aftermarket lamps are either not really brand new, junk or hit or miss in terms of quality. If you can’t find oem lamps, take a gamble but have low expectations.
