Perfect
For paella, nasi goreng and pasta - mainly what I've used it for so far - it has been perfect. Unlike pans that I've used in the past I can leave food gently cooking without it burning. The width and depth of the pan is ideal for cooking large portions of food. It's a well made pan, heavy in a sturdy way. Cleaning the pan by hand is simplicity. If you're considering buying one, and weighing up all the choices available for this type of pan, stop at the Ninja and buy it.

First few daily egg cooks with butter where great then started sticking
Review of Ninja Extended Life 20cm Ceramic Frying Pan.I bought several Ninja frying pans on Prime day to replace my Stellar Rocktanium ones from around 5 years ago. My Rocktanium 20cm pan was starting to stick annoyingly. My initial first 4 or so cooks with the Ninja Extended Life 20cm where very good, I scramble eggs daily. But each day I noticed more and more sticking. The base seems to have warped slightly also. I've not tried my 24, 26 and 30cm Ninja pans yet from the Ninja ZEROSTICK Stainless Steel range. I've requested a replacement because I'm confident it was a bad batch one; I will follow up with a review of the replacement.

Makes “The Best” omelettes
I love this sauté pan. I bought it to replace a similarly sized pan on which the non stick coating failed in the dishwasher. You have to be patient and heat the pan well before adding any ingredients, but the results are worth a little composure in the composition. Three egg mushroom omelettes become a veritable feast when cooked in this pan. And as for the dishwasher - no need as it rinses clean incredibly easily. I may buy this in other sizes.

Glad I bought it
Appears really solid and well made. Costs more than other pans but I imagine it will out last me. It doesn’t contain any nasties such as lead or non stick coatings. It’s best feature is that it’s very easy to clean.

Probably best wok you will buy
If you are going to buy a wok this is the one to buy.Nothing sticks, to it heats up fast and easy to clean with the ninja non stick surface
