I have been using this chin strap with CPAP for about a week. It is made from light weight and breathable material compared to the previous chin strap I used. It appears to be very well constructed from quality materials. It may provide slightly less support due to the light weight material, but it is working nearly as well as the heavier weight one I had and is much more comfortable. I plan to purchase these again when they eventually wear out.

I bought this with the hopes that it would help with my snoring and sleep apnea issues, however, this head strap seems to create the opposite effect that I wanted. While it does effectively keep your mouth shut and is comfortable in regards to texture…. this head strap create some fairy contradicting affects such as:Pushing the jaw back in torture neck when securely fastened around your head. Again, it does a great job of keeping your mouth closed, but since this is an entire strap that comes about around the chin area, it pushes and tightens creating a sensation of somewhat choking.I also don’t like the feeling of having something tight around the full frame of my head while I am sleeping. That’s more of a sensory issue for myself, but if you have heighten sensory issues while sleeping, this is definitely not the tool for you.

It's comfortable and easy to use. But it has to be on very tight for it to keep a heavy sleeper/snorer from dropping their mouth open. My husband didn't appreciate my attempts to tighten the straps while he was sleeping. But it worked once tightened up.

Love that it doesn’t pull your hair when removing it like the others that I tried. The top of the head part doesn’t slide around, stays in place the whole night….. it’s made of a material that doesn’t irritate the skin at the same time stays in place while you sleep. One of the big plus among the other points that i mentioned, it doesn’t leave marks on your face when your take it of !!!!!! Love this product!!!

This is a good product to help keep your mouth shut when your sleeping 😴

Def didn't work like expected, made the snorting a bit quieter but did not eliminate and he started teeth grinding with this on so now he doesn't use it, not worth swapping one problem for another. He said it was comfortable though.

I didn't like it. It was too uncomfortable to wear when a slept with my cpap machine.

I use a CPAP with nasal mask. I put this on first. It lessens my mouth opening and it has actually eliminated the dry mouth that I would wake up with!
