Works great
Our rental did not come with anything to plug the sinks with. I bought this and it’s perfect. High quality material. The middle part pushes down to seal the sink and hold water without slow leaking! Push it again and it pops up and drains but will catch any debris in the strainer. Great value. I’d highly recommend!

It fits and works
I needed a kitchen sink strainer and this one popped up on Amazon, on sale, I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm very pleased with how it works, catches food bits, pulls out easily to clean, push the knob in to keep water in sink. Loved the simple instructions on the side of the box.

Works like a charm
I was a little hesitant to buy one of these,but I'm so glad I did. It's very well designed and works as advertised. Might feel a little cheap with the plastic materials,but for the price,I have no complaints. The only way this could possibly be better is if it were made of metal and if the plunger piece was flush with the bottom of the sink instead of sticking up slightly. It has t been an issue yet,but I could see there being a problem at some point and it getting damaged. Other than that,I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend!
This sink strainer fits snugly in the sink drain so no food gets through. The strainer lifts out and cleans easily. Haven’t had any issues yet with food sticking to it or in the holes. Have been using for several weeks now. Even my partner has mentioned that it was a ”Great find”. It’s also a nice match in my stainless steel sink. I haven’t really used the drain closing function except to test it. It seems to do a good job of blocking the drain, but only when I purposefully press it down; never unintentionally like the standard one that came with the drain that would constantly fall in and stop the drain at inopportune times. Would absolutely buy again.

May work for others, just not me
Wish I can give it a 0 star! Sooooo, where to start...in order to make it hold the water in the sink, you need to push the middle button down! So what happens when you have a spatula or pot or ANYTHING in the water that may hit, lean into, sit on to that button? It causes the button to spring up!! I have lost the water numerous times; as well, as the water just seeping thru and or loosing my soapy water slowly! Would NOT buy again! Let's say out of the 10 times of use I have lost water 7 of the times! So sometimes it keeps the water in so I dont know why it doesn't all the time?

Finally - a sink stopper that works!
This sink strainer/stopper is perfection: it retains water with the push of the center button, and then releases the water with a second touch of the button. The "strainer" part keeps even tiny pieces of anything solid from going down the drain, and is easy to lift out to dump detritus in the garbage. I have tried 4 other types of sink stoppers to replace the original one that died, and this is the only one that held water for hours. Happy that this could eliminate my past kitchen frustration.

Great product
I really liked this strainer but I had to give it 3 stars because it holds gunk under the bottom and around the rim that is not appealing. Other than that it is good quality and easy to use.
